Arizona Tax Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations
Maximize your Arizona tax credit dollars and support families who are receiving the needed, vital programming, through a dollar-for-dollar tax credit contribution. The Foundation for Exceptional Kids is a Qualifying Charitable Organization allowing you to claim your donation tax credits on your Arizona Personal Income Tax returns. You can contribute as much as $400 for single, married filing separate or unmarried head of household, and up to $800 for a married couple filing a joint return.
Give a gift with meaning. Make a donation in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one. The Foundation for Exceptional Kids will send an acknowledgment to the recipient on your behalf (gift amount will not be included). Please include the name and address of the honoree or recipient with your donation.

How Your Gift Helps
When you support the Foundation for Exceptional Kids, you are supporting programs essential to the special needs’ community, including our Early Learning Center, a year-round preschool program. Did you know that the tuition received from our families only covers 70% of our annual costs to educate our children?
- $50 provides the essentials for a semester of gardening (seeds, fertilizer, and tools)
- $75 provides one-on-one therapy to a student or a session of family counseling
- $100 supplies a classroom with Art or Science Activity Supplies for a semester
- $350 enrolls a teacher in the Registered Behavior Technician program, allowing them to better support their classroom
- $500 subsidizes fresh fruits, vegetables, and nutritious snacks at the school for an entire month
- $750 provides a teacher a tablet and broadband access to COR Advantage program that communicates with parents, helping them understand how their children are developing
- $1000 provides a piece of adaptive recreation equipment for our students’ playground
- $1500 funds the COR Advantage program for all students, for the year
- $2500 enables several low-income families struggling to pay tuition to keep their children enrolled at the Early Learning Center
