Jessica Irwin, M.Ed., BCBA – President
Jessica has been working in the Social Services field since 1995, serving the developmentally disabled population both directly and in supervisory capacities. Prior to founding S.E.E.K. Arizona in 2003, Ms. Irwin has worked in the Valley in a variety of positions ranging from Habilitation Provider to Program Manager.
She has logged over 300 hours in Early Childhood Education and Autism Spectrum Disorder trainings and is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. Ms. Irwin has dual degrees in Sociology and Psychology focusing on Child Development and Special Education from Arizona State University; and is currently completing her Master’s in Education.
Mrs. Hamilton moved from Southern California to Arizona in 2005 to attend Arizona State University. She began working with children with special needs in 2006 as a direct care provider in addition to being a full time college student.
It was through this work that led Mrs. Hamilton to change her college major from kinesiology to special education and she has continued her work with the special needs community professionally as Program Supervisor at S.E.E.K. Arizona. She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education with a minor in Family & Human Development in May 2010 and is currently enrolled in a post-graduate certification program in Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. Jenna has been an integral part in the Foundation for Exceptional Kids’ fundraisers in the past, and she has volunteered for every event the Foundation has sponsored.
In addition, Mrs. Hamilton is the Co-Director of Camp Runamuk, and she has spent numerous hours preparing a fantastic experience for all campers and their families.
Mr. Hayes earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder and maintains over two decades of professional experience in the investment and securities industry.
Mr. Hayes is the owner of Quantum Asset Management LLC and the Managing Director of Specialty Trading for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Steve is responsible for leading Charles Schwab’s Derivative Trading Teams, Trade Support Group, Futures Desk, Advanced Technical Support, Mutual Fund Load Desk, and Initial Public Offering (IPO) Group. Mr. Hayes serves on the Diversity Committee and has worked with the Charles Schwab Community Services organization to provide feedback on existing and potential national programs.
Mr. Hayes has supported the CU Leeds School of Business Alumni Association and numerous charitable organizations including the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the United Way, Toys for Tots, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity.
